Rolf is a lifelong resident of Fergus Falls, whose practice is focused on the areas of municipal law, estate planning (wills and trusts), probate administration (including probate litigation), residential and commercial real estate, and elder law.
Rolf is currently the City Attorney for Fergus Falls.
Rolf received his J.D. Degree from Hamlin University, St. Paul, Minnesota in 1992. Rolf obtained his undergraduate degree, a BA in Religion with high honors, from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, in 1988.
Rolf grew up in Fergus Falls. He currently resides in Fergus Falls with his wife, Bobbi Nycklemoe, a high school Spanish and French teacher, and his four beautiful daughters, Greta, Ingrid, Lena, and Brigetta.
Rolf served on a number of community boards and has been active in many civic organizations, along with serving on his church board.
